2020 has been a year unlike any other and as the financial year draws to a close we have an opportunity to hear about what we understand the current financial position to be across the heritage sector and tentatively look at what the implications are for 2021.

The Scottish Government’s Budget will be published on the 28th January.

Chaired by Prof Ian Baxter, BEFS Vice Chair, we have invited the following to share their organisational perspectives:

  • Caroline Clark, National Lottery Heritage Fund
  • Stuart Brooks, National Trust for Scotland
  • Andrew Hopetoun, Historic Houses Scotland
  • Alex Paterson, Historic Environment Scotland
  • Eithne Ní Chonghaile, Museums Galleries Scotland
