SP=EED® (Successful Planning = Effective Engagement and Delivery) is PAS’s toolkit for undertaking effective engagement.
SP=EED® Verification is a two-part programme which certifies an individual’s competence in using the SP=EED® approach to delivering engagement in planning and demonstrates that participants have completed a written reflective-learning assessment. SP=EED® also develops interpersonal skills which are essential for delivering successful engagement. The programme is suitable for all who work within the planning system – public, private and third sector.
